Widely used in various fields of the Air Force, civilian airports and obstacle free airspace, helipads, iron tower, chimney, ports, wind power plants, bridge and city high-rise buildings 

where require aviation warning.

Usually used above 45m and less than 150m buildings, could use alone, also could use with Medium OBL type B and Low intensity OBL type B together.

Features:

● Cover of the light adopts PC with anti-UV which is high efficiency light transmission up to 90%, quite high impact resistance and fit the bad environment very well; 

● House of the light is made of aluminum alloy and painted by spraying plastics, the structure is high strength, resistance to corrosion;

● Use the special optical reflector design, the visual range further, angle more accurate, no light pollution.

● Light source adopts import high quality LED, lifespan up to 100,000 hours, low power consumption, energy efficiency and environment protection.

● Based on the single chip computer control, automatic identification sync signal, do not distinguish the main light and auxiliary light, and also could be controlled by controller.

● Same power supply voltage with synchronous signal, integrate in power supply cable, eliminate the damage by error installation caused.

● Used the photosensitive probe fit for the natural light spectrum curve, automatic control light intensity level.

● The circuit of the light has surge protection, so that the light is suitable to harsh environment.

CM-15 Medium Intensity Obstruction Light Type A Wiring Instruction:

（1）Cable distinguish: This light has a cable with 3 cores in which the brown line and black line are power line (AC220V). The brown line is Live line (L), the black line is Null line (N), 

         the yellow green line is Earth line.

（2）Wiring instructions:

    a. when connecting one unit, the brown Live line (L), black Null line (N), and yellow green Earth line need to be connected.

    b. when connecting more than one unit, all lights’ brown Live line (L), black Null line (N) and yellow green Earth line need to be connected. And GPS can make them

       synchronously flashing within 10 minutes.

（3）GPS synchronization mode should be tested on outside without cover. It may takes 10 minutes to achieve synchronization.

Installation method

The common installation methods of this product include side vertical installation, vertical installation, hoop installation and plywood installation (see the figure below). 

For steel structure glass curtain wall, fan, 

communication tower, chimney and other structures The upper installation needs to design the supporting bracket according to the specific installation position structure.

Maintenance

Every six months or one anniversary, it is necessary to clean the lampshade. The cleaning requires a soft cleaning tool. A rigid cleaning tool cannot be used to avoid 

the scratching lamp cover (plastic material).

   Caution:

   ● All the connections must be correct, otherwise it will damage the lights, please check the mark and instruction carefully.

   ● The power supply is AC220, can’t use other powers, otherwise it will damage the lights.

   ● The obstruction light need to be installed below lightning conductor or lightning protection zone, in case light be struck by lightning.

   ● It’s normal if temperature rise while operating.

   ● Please do not open any part of lights while operating.

   ● The light is fully sealed, please do not install or dismantle unless you are professional. Once operated inappropriately, our company will not guarantee the warranty.
